Build hours include 2 rounds of changes. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, products and features. We give you a fixed quote before we start, and we will always tell you before any extra time is needed.

Care plans include our Elementor Pro licence, which powers premium features such as scrolling banners and sliders, popups and advanced forms. The licence stays with BuyRefurb. If a care plan is cancelled, the licence is removed and those Pro features stop working unless you buy your own Elementor Pro licence. Starter Hosting does not include Elementor Pro.
Extra time
Work beyond the hours included in your build or care plan is charged at a simple hourly rate.

Billed in 30-minute blocks. Unused monthly care plan hours do not roll over. Any job expected to take more than 2 hours is quoted and approved by you before we start. Starter Hosting does not include support hours.

Design work includes 2 rounds of changes. Further changes are charged at the hourly rate. Results depend on the quality of the photos you send: we can crop, clean up and brighten photos, but cannot fix blurry or very dark images. Bulk rates are available for large product catalogues.
What is not included
Our prices cover the build, hosting and support listed above. The following are quoted or billed separately if you need them:
- Premium plugins or WooCommerce extensions you ask for, beyond what we include
- Payment gateway fees, such as PayFast or Yoco transaction fees, paid directly by you
- Premium domains such as .com or .africa (a standard .co.za is included)
- Copywriting
- Paid stock photos and fonts (licences are charged at cost)
- Paid third-party services such as booking systems or email marketing tools

Frequently asked questions
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business name and the website is yours. If you ever want to move, we will hand everything over.
Is there a contract?
No. Hosting and care plans are month to month. We ask for one month’s notice to cancel.
What happens if I cancel my care plan?
Your website and domain stay yours. Our Elementor Pro licence is removed, so Pro features such as scrolling banners, sliders and popups will stop working. You can buy your own Elementor Pro licence to keep them, or we can rebuild those sections with free features for a once-off fee.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every site is built in WordPress and we show you how to change text and photos. On a care plan we can also do small changes for you.
How long does a build take?
A starter website usually takes 1 to 2 weeks once we have your content. Business websites and online stores take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on size.
How do I pay?
We take a 50% deposit to start a build and the balance before the site goes live. Monthly plans are paid by EFT or debit order.
